ELPOZO-Grupo Fuertes among the 100 companies with the best reputation in Spain according to the 23rd edition of Merco Companies and Leaders, considered the world’s most important corporate reputation monitor. The company’s chairman, Tomás Fuertes, is also among the 100 leaders with the best reputation in the country.
Merco (Corporate Reputation Business Monitor) is verified by independent review by consultancy firm KPMG. The results are based on a multi-stakeholder methodology that includes 53,781 surveys, 26 sources and 7 perspectives, including executives of large companies and SMEs, communications directors and opinion leaders, business journalists, members of the government, business professors, financial analysts, social media managers, NGOs, trade unions, consumer associations, employees and the general public. The factors taken into account are economic results, the quality of the commercial offer, talent, ethics and corporate responsibility, innovation and the company’s international dimension.
ELPOZO, which is part of the Grupo Fuertes holding, is the preferred brand among Spanish households. This organisation is ranked fifth in the food sector, and comes in at 54 in the general ranking, which is led by Inditex.
