ElPozo, favourite brand of Spanish Households
ElPozo has become the favourite brand of Spanish households, according to the ‘Brand Footprint’ ranking done by the consultancy Kantar Worldpanel, the greatest study of consumer brands based on real purchases.
It is the first time that a Spanish brand leads the presence in national households, with a penetration of 79.1 per cent and a purchase frequency of 9.4 times a year.
The food company also leads sales by autonomous community, being the first in six of them, as well as Andalucía, Extremadura, Galicia and the Region de Murcia, this year also includes Castilla la Mancha and Navarra.
The study ‘Brand Footprint 2016’, published today, identifies 50 of the most purchased consumer brands in Spain and the world. This report, which reflects the purchases made for the house between November 2014 and last October, is based on contact with the consumer, which is made up from the number of buyers of a brand and the frequency with which they buy it.
