The company, to which El Pozo Alimentación belongs, rises into the Merco Corporate Social Responsibility ranking

Grupo Fuertes, a holding made up of more than twenty companies including El Pozo Alimentación, is positioned among the one hundred most responsible companies in the country (position 66), according to the new issue of the Corporate Governance and Responsibility ranking, created by the leading monitor, Merco.

By sector, it is one of the ten most responsible food companies (position 7). Moreover, Grupo Fuertes is the fourth most highly rated company by the trade unions, according to this ranking which has been carried out based on the evaluation of merits and by consulting experts in CSR, journalists, executives of large companies, consumer associations and NGOs, trade unions and financial analysts, among other groups.

The Merco report analyses the different variables on the information relating to the economic, environmental and social activity of companies. In this context, Grupo Fuertes gathers in its Sustainability Report aspects relating to its services, the environmental policies governing the company, the professional development of its employees and the initiatives and collaboration carried out hand in hand with the local communities in which it participates.
