The award has been given to a study to prevent the development of bacteria in pork meat

Grupo Fuertes has presented its National Research Award in collaboration with the Academy of Veterinary Sciences of the Region of Murcia to the scientific study presented by Inmaculada Cuesta and Ángel Gata on the inactivation of bacteria using megadata prediction methods.

These awards aim to promote innovation in the Spanish agri-food sector. Specifically, the winning project promotes the quality of pork.

The Academy of Veterinary Sciences of the Region of Murcia promotes this award in order to annually recognise the work of the best professionals in the field of livestock farming and agri-food industries. Grupo Fuertes is the first Protective Academician of the Academy of Veterinary Sciences of the Region of Murcia, a distinction that recognises the holding company’s contribution to the promotion and development of health sciences.
