PALANCARES ALIMENTACIÓN has received a visit from the Secretary General of Industry and Small to Medium-sized Businesses, Raúl Blanco Díaz, interested in getting to know innovative companies such as this one. It was the first company to launch a lactose-free cheese on the market, which has currently become a specific category, and was also the first in Spain to inform consumers about the strength of flavour of the cheeses rating them between 1 and 5 (1 being the mildest flavour and 5 the strongest).

Raúl Blanco was accompanied by the delegate from the Region of Murcia’s government and the mayor of Bullas where the company is based.

PALANCARES ALIMENTACIÓN, part of Grupo Fuertes, is a producer of cheese and dairy products, mainly from goat’s milk. Its artisan tradition enables it to produce a magnificent collection of cured, soft and fresh cheeses with Designation of Origin, such as Murcia al Vino and Queso de Murcia Curado.
