The new code of conduct of Grupo Fuertes reinforces their commitment to excellence

The holding company Grupo Fuertes has drafted a new code of conduct in order to reinforce its commitment to excellence and favour a working environment which promotes the integrity of its people and respect for the Environment.
The text sets out the principles and values which guide and stimulate the behaviour of its more than 6,000 employees and is a public commitment to the highest standards of excellence, professionalism and responsibility in all its day-to-day activities.
The document calls for respect of human rights, especially for equal opportunities, non-discrimination and the values of each culture. In addition, the fight against fraud and corruption, as well as respecting free competition, food safety and transparency are also basic principles which are contemplated in the new Grupo Fuertes’ code of conduct.
It is applicable to all employees, board members, members of the administrative bodies, people on internships, as well as customers, suppliers, sales staff or any other person who has a direct or indirect relationship with the business group.
Grupo Fuertes bases its business philosophy on continuous improvement, reinvestment and sustainable development. The holding company, made up of twenty companies, has a strong agri-food core and a collection of diversified investments which guarantee its soundness and future.
