Tomás Fuertes, President of Grupo Fuertes, is ranked as one of the Top 20 most influential business leaders in Spain according to a study carried out by Merca2.es, a digital news media focused on the economic, business and technological world, which highlights the top 50 executives in Spain. The results of this report highlight the greater notoriety that Spanish managers are achieving around the world.
Tomás Fuertes heads one of the most important agro-food business groups in Europe, which employs over 8,000 people directly and generates 50,000 indirect jobs.
The study ‘the 500 most influential people in Spain’ was carried out between November and December 2021, and Tomás Fuertes features alongside businesspeople such as Amancio Ortega, Founder of Inditex, Ana Botín, President of Banco Santander, and José María Álvarez-Pallete López, Chief Executive Officer of Telefónica.
